Faye is an artist and textile designer currently based in London, England.
She graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2017 with a Masters in Textiles where she specialised in handprint and dye processes.

From the initial stages of design, painting, drawing, and mark-making are key factors in her work. Water colours, inks, dyes, and open mesh painted / print techniques are used to develop her ideas. Inspired by nature and travel, her outcomes are often based on a place or memory.

Her industry experience and knowledge of design have grown in recent years.
Faye joined the Anthropologie Home Design team in 2017, where she worked on Textile categories for two years in Philadelphia PA, USA. Generating original artworks and print design, Faye developed product and the textile applications for the business. Her designs were featured across the home assortment in Textile and Cook and Dine categories, leading to best sellers which were still featured in 2022.

Upon relocating back to London she joined the Home Textile Design team at John Lewis & Partners on an FTC. During her time with the brand, she specialised in print and product development of home decor categories. Faye collaborated with teams across the department, creating artwork and print stories seen across textiles, ceramics and glassware.

Whilst with White Stuff in June 2021, Faye worked as the Home and Gift designer for the brand. This unique position led her to generate original artwork, print design, and product knowledge to build the entire range leading the Kitchen Dine, Textile, Gifting and Fragrance categories. Working with international suppliers, Faye supported the growth of the assortment and introduced new ideas to the business.

Since joining Oliver Bonas on a FTC in 2022, Faye has since become a permanent member of the Home & Gift team.
Faye has been the product lead, and category owner of Gift Product areas, overseeing Home Fragrance, Travel & Wellness, and Beauty Products. She has introduced new techniques, and materials to these product areas - presenting ideas weekly to Oliver Tress, the founder.
In June 2023, Faye moved to the home area of the business, leading the Kitchen Dine, Plant Accessories, and Home Accessories categories.

Faye has worked across the Home & Gift department, flexing skills in Textiles, Hardgoods, Glassware, Ceramics, Metals and Packaging. Working closely with buying, and merchandise teams, Faye enjoys building relationships to help her understanding of product development, and reaching best sellers by responding to sales history. Working closely with international factories and suppliers, Faye has visited China and Portugal, developing a deep understanding of Home and Gift development.

Applying art to homeware categories has led Faye to be proficient in CAD with a conscientious vision for unique, brand-driven, and professional design.

Alongside her in-house employment with brands, Faye has worked on various freelance projects for companies that include M&S Home, Sainsbury's, Paperchase, KATCH Clothing, and Anna Howlett.
